Dr Vivian Tran is a Heart Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow and NHMRC CRE PAVING Manager, leading the coordination of the national research centre that connects patients, clinicians, researchers, and industry to deliver real‑world impact. With a background in cardiovascular health, Vivian completed her PhD in 2024, developing a novel mouse model of diet‑induced metabolic syndrome and identifying sex‑specific responses to lifestyle interventions. In her current role, her focus has expanded to cardiovascular outcomes in Long COVID, aligning consumer priorities with clinical and research excellence to address emerging challenges.
